I have added a manual desktop entry for krunner as there was none. And that one
is assigned to Meta using some strange command from Nick (the linux experiment)
as it is not possible to use the meta key (!) in the GUI.
So there is no option to set the toggle somewhere.
So for context, there was no "krunner" under "keyboard shortcuts" at all.
