STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up plasma desktop with Global Menu on a panel (full menu)
2. Start a plasma Wayland Session
3. Open an app that supports Global Menu
OBSERVED RESULT
Global Menu disappears when clicked on
EXPECTED RESULT
Sub menu should appear

This has been an intermittent issue, but once it starts, it continues until
