This is quite likely more related to the applications used, i.e, certain games
will go fullscreen left always.
As an experiment I tried switching my gfx outputs around - this results in the
same behavior. This may also be related to a bug I'm about to file which is
that when the system wakes from hibernation, firefox (and maybe other
applications) that get made fullscreen or maximised are permanently moved to
the left screen until reduced again.
