Manjaro does default to Plasma, FWIW. And Fedora *workstation* doesn't, but the
page recommends Fedora *KDE*, which does.
I'm not against adding more high-quality KDE-focused distros to the page,
though. However we don't want the page to get too long and overwhelming, as
then it defeats the point of its existence. A longer list of all distros that
you can use Plasma on can be found at https://community.kde.org/Distributions.
