Does it *sometimes* not work, or *always* not work?
Do the apps for which it doesn't work have multiple windows open?
Can you run `journalctl -f` and see if something it printed there when you try
to minimnize an app by clicking on it and it doesn't work?
Can you plug in an external mouse (or a different mouse) to see if that helps?
Do you have an NVIDIA GPU?
