SUMMARY
I've upgraded KDE Plasma. Now, there is no response/refresh on folder changes
unless I explicitly use <F5>. For example, the arrow does not appear in Dolphin
when I drag and drop files or folders in an empty directory, GwenView does not
show children directories at all when I expand some directory in its folders
panel and so on. Also, when refreshing, the new directory entries appear, but
it loses the directories state in the panel, so all become collapsed.
It seems to be general, all the apps are impacted like that.
I can't tell if something is missing in the system that makes it behave like
that.
