STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a panel
2. align it to left ( or right)
3. set length to fit content (optional, just so you can see the difference
better)
4. set visibility to dodge windows
5. create a new panel
6. align it to center
7. set length to fit content (optional, just so you can see the difference
better)
8. make sure the visibility is always visible
9. put it in the same position as the first panel
OBSERVED RESULT
dodge windows panel positioned over the always visible panel
EXPECTED RESULT
dodge windows panel positioned next to always visible panel
