SUMMARY
In today's Rawhide compose including KDE Plasma Beta 1, our OpenQA tests
detected that the welcome center doesn't render the installer shortcut icon
properly.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download the mentioned nightly ISO
2. Boot the ISO in a VM or physical machine
OBSERVED RESULT
The welcome center introduces to the live environment, but the installer
shortcut is not rendered properly.
