This is on a freshly installed Windows 10 Pro.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download digikam 8.2.0
2. Install
3. Run
OBSERVED RESULT
Error message box: "The code execution cannot proceed because VCOMP140.DLL was
not found: Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."
EXPECTED RESULT
digikam starts.
