STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plug in or unplug your secondary monitor
2.

OBSERVED RESULT
The plasmashell crashes and relaunches and some window freezes and needs to be
restarted

EXPECTED RESULT
The second montor should be recognized without plasmashell crashing or stopping
other windows from opening
