I'm afraid it doesn't matter, it's an app issue. There's nothing we can do to
work around it in Plasma code, and KDE apps all work correctly already. You are
seeing that, right? Or are KDE apps broken too? If so, then there is some bug
going on, and it's not what I originally thought it was.
