Same problem in version 23.08.3, the first time I installed it. As the program
opened, I added a video to the sequence, I put the playhead where I wanted to
extract the image and I clicked to extract without generating the file .png,
after trying several times and looking at the configuration (I have installed
the Speach to Text dependencies, I don't know if it has anything to do with it)
and I decided to do Reset Configuration, once it has been opened again I have
try it and this time it worked for me.
