STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a panel on the right side of the screen with "fit content" enabled
2. Add a system tray to the panel
OBSERVED RESULT
Notification dialog goes off the screen if the panel does not extend far enough
for it to fit
EXPECTED RESULT
Dialog stays entirely on screen
