No snap repository

This is a fresh install of KDE Neon Unstable, updated to KDE Plasma 6.0 Beta 1.
Snaps do not appear to be working in Discover. I confirmed that
plasma-discover-backend-snap was installed, it was shipped by default as
expected. The Snap source does not appear in the Settings, no do any snap
packages appear in the search results. Snap packages can be installed from the
CLI as expected.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
