SUMMARY
Plasma feels noticeably slow on a laptop with 6th gen i5. Tried with X11, and
it feels more responsive, albeit still slow
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Login to Wayland session
2. Use it

OBSERVED RESULT
On a Wayland session, the session feels slow and not as responsive.
Tested with X11 and while it also feels slow, it feels more responsive.
EXPECTED RESULT
The session should feel smooth and responsive. I'm not expecting much but
enough that just simply using the terminal or web browser won't be as laggy.
