SUMMARY
It seems that I cannot unpause VLC after pausing it with kdeconnect. The
play/resume button becomes disabled. I found this
https://code.videolan.org/videolan/vlc/-/issues/21419, but it seems a bit
different. In my case it only happens with kdeconnect, and not with the Plasma
controls. It only happens with VLC though. Other media players, like with the
Brave browser, do not show the same problem, kdeconnect can resume properly.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start a video with VLC (version 3.0.20).
2. Select it with kdeconnect.
3. Pause it.
OBSERVED RESULT
The play/resume button is visible, but it is disabled.
EXPECTED RESULT
After pausing the video, the play/resume button should be visible and enabled.
Pressing it should resume playback.
