I'm having the same issue, but it only happens when I unlock the screen after
being away from my computer for some time. I also have two monitors, and I'm on
plasma 5.90.0 on arch installed from the kde-unstable repo.
After some time, the shell crashes, reloads and everything is back to normal,
but I don't know it's related.
Let me know if I should open a new issue for this, I didn't because I found
this one already
