SUMMARY

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Check your "Hide after" setting in Systemsettings -> Notifications;
2. Add a widget somewhere;
3. Delete it.

OBSERVED RESULT
Notification "Hide after" setting is not respected.

EXPECTED RESULT
Notification "Hide after" setting is respected.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
* I got a notification even if I go to Systemsettings -> Notifications
(Application-specific settings) Configure -> Plasma Workspace -> Widget
deleted, then I uncheck "Show a message in a pop-up";
* There is no animation around the red X button in the notification popup;
* If I empty the thrash, notification do respect the "Hide after" setting
instead.
