SUMMARY
The most recent upgrade for Neon wants to remove Kdevelop to install KDE
upgrades, but no upgrade to KDevelop.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Discover -> Updates
2. Update all
OBSERVED RESULT
KDevelop listed as to be removed, no replacement offered in to "in order to
install" list.
EXPECTED RESULT
Kdevelop not removed, or a new build offered to replace the removed Kdevelope
