In general we actually want to go in the opposite direction and remove the
Desktop Effects page entirely. Right now it's a random grab bag of things with
no real grouping. The grouping is instead based on implementation details (ie..
being a KWin effect) which is not ideal for users. Instead, everything within
it should be exposed in a place more relevant to where those effects are used.

this isn't something we're planning on doing, sorry!
