STEPS TO REPRODUCE

OBSERVED RESULT
Keyboard shortcut for show clipboard items at mouse position unset after
upgrade
When trying to set the shortcut manually, I get that there is a conflict with
already an existing action (though it does not tell me which one, which is
another known bug).
If I were to guess the problem is buried somewhere in a framework not being
able to deal with the action name change done here
