STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch to a locale other than English
2. Invoke authentication dialog (e.g. go to Systemsettings -> Color & Theme ->
Login Screen (SDDM), modify something, then Apply).
OBSERVED RESULT
Authentication dialog is (partly) not localized
EXPECTED RESULT
Authentication dialog is fully displayed in my locale.
