STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hard to tell exactly, I have two panels on one screen and been playing
around with panels a bit, one on top of the screen, one on the bottom
2.
3. Enter edit mode -> delete
OBSERVED RESULT
Cannot delete panel, nothing happens when button is clicked
EXPECTED RESULT
Should be able to delete panel
