SUMMARY

Some task manager windows are always translucent, regardless of setting.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In Task manger Open "Enter Edit Mode" > "More Options..."
2. Change Opacity setting to "Opaque"
3. Open any sub window (eg app icon for a running task)

OBSERVED RESULT

Menu of running windows is still translucent. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Menu of running windows is opaque.
