Thanks for the quick reply. In my testing on macOS, Shift-scroll-wheel does nothing. Option/Alt-scroll-wheel scrolls vertically, as does Ctrl-scroll-wheel. Command-scroll-wheel zooms. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong? I am not familiar with the KDE ecosystem, so I can't say what the expected modifier for horizontal scrolling is there. But on macOS, all scroll views respond to Shift-scroll-wheel by scrolling horizontally.
