STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Just use the system
OBSERVED RESULT
In Wayland the taskbar hangs and no longer updates itself (Visual). It shows
closed apps and doesn't add new ones (visual). But if you press it, there is
obviously a different arrangement.
