STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Display Configuration KCM
2. apply display scale 125%
3. open Spectacle and hover over the buttons used to choose the capture mode
OBSERVED RESULT
the label of the buttons has a visual glitch on mouseover. Please watch the
attached screen recording.
EXPECTED RESULT
no visual glitch
