Monochrome symbolic icons have always been blurry with a fractional scale and a
low DPI screen; there's no way for them to *not* be blurry, in fact. Are you
saying it's gotten noticeably worse, though?
Are other icons in Kirigami-based apps also similarly blurry? For example,
monochrome symbolic icons in System Monitor and Discover?
