STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Move an object?????
2. ??????
3. ???????
OBSERVED RESULT
A box appears around the previously move object that is on all layers, and the
box can be moved on each layer, if not the object itself, and this prevents the
use of any and all brushes, and deleting the layer where the problem originated
does NOT solve it, restarting the computer DOESN'T solve it, turning it off
overnight DOESN'T solve it
EXPECTED RESULT
idfk????? please just tell me how to fix this so I can go back to my work
