SUMMARY
No custom shortcuts working. Pre-defined/Default shortcuts work just fine.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. System Settings -> Keyboard -> Shortcuts -> Select any category .
2. Add a new custom shortcut and apply.
OBSERVED RESULT
Shortcut does not work, even after a restart.
EXPECTED RESULT
Shortcut should work.

Doubt:
Meta+W used to toggle into and out of the overview, now it just goes in. I have
to press Esc to toggle out. Is this intentional behavior or a bug? (Same with
the grid view)
