screen (makes no difference)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set Panel to either Opaque mode, or to Adaptive mode and then touch it with
a window
OBSERVED RESULT
Panel remains transparent
EXPECTED RESULT
Panel becomes opaque
