The error window
(K)Ubuntu 23.10 was released and when trying to upgrade I received an error.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click on the upgrade notification;
2. An "Upgrade Failed - KDE Deamon" window appears.
OBSERVED RESULT
An error window appeared with the output box empty.
EXPECTED RESULT
The upgrade window should have opened.

I have another machine that had the same error, but all of a sudden it fixed
itself.
