--- Comment #5 from serkon...@pm.me --- I finally found the cause. Take the following setup: - Connect one Notebook running Plasma and one external monitor using HDMI. Both screens have the same resolution (1920x1080). (Assumption: Two external monitors work the same) - Align the desktop's panel to the right (Assumption: Panel on left works the same) - Use the "Expand to right" display option - Open a maximized window and move it to the external monitor - Unplug the HDMI cable so the window automatially get's move to the main screen Result: You can notice how the window is drawn behind the panel.
