--- Comment #1 from duncanyo...@gmail.com --- After doing some more digging, it seems to be somehow related to vsync. It seems like the framerate is getting stuck at 1/2 of what it should be. E.g. my 75Hz panel is showing ~38FPS. Changing the latency option in Settings > Display and Monitor > Compositor does not make a difference. It seems to be kwin as when I disable compositing, the issue goes away entirely. Same when gaming with the compositor off. No issues.
