STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install the plasma-desktop on PC
2. Install kde connect
3. Connect both devices on the same network
4. Launch the app
OBSERVED RESULT
List of available devices is inexplicably empty, both on PC and phone.
EXPECTED RESULT
Ability to pair both devices.
