Exactly Same Issue but it is on Fedora 38 everything is updated fully but in my
case after 10 minutes It starts Working on Application and other KDE Utilities,
Plasmoids etc. but It works perfectly well in Overview Search and it also
doesn't work in krunner.
BTW am also Running cinnamon Desktop Side by Side.
