This is not new to the latest version of Plasma. A few years ago I enabled
telemetry to the maximum level because I want to help make Plasma better.
Problem is if I click on 'View sent data' Dolphin opens
`/home/my_name/.local/share/plasmashell/kuserfeedback/audit/` but
- The last file is from May 2022
- All files there are empty (not a single line in them)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm on Wayland. I have firejail + Apparmor enabled in my system, don't know if
that makes any difference.
