Shape brush engine won't work for small distances when stabilizer smoothing is
enabled.
A shape will appear after moving the brush further.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a Shape brush
2. In Tool Options for smoothing select Stabilizer
3. Draw something with it
Actual Results:
Shape appears only after moving brush for larger distance.
Expected Results:
Shape should appear instantly.
