OBSERVED RESULT
The list looks like an outer join of a bunch of unrelated content. Someone
went to a lot of trouble to collect all the flags, and crap to make people
everywhere _feel_ important. How about projecting that what they do might _be_
important.
EXPECTED RESULT
Take a lesson from Microsoft Windows. Let me choose the Region, Numeric
Format, Date & Time (Long & Short), and unit of measurement, *** individually
*** !!! And also allow me to enter or edit my own formatting strings if I
desire.
