I don't have this bug on any other computer that I have (many, all linux), but they don't have that monitor. I can try to reproduce it by connecting the monitor on my laptop, which has never exhibited this problem. Same config mostly, Arch, Intel, wayland, kde. If reproduced, that would confirm that it's related to the monitor. I don't know what log or debug file I could pull that would provide more info ? Let me know what else I can do.
