Plus a number of the issues mentioned were applicable to my use cases, so I've held off as I use my main rig for work and life in general. Sadly trying it any other way like a vm or spare lappy isn't really doable as most of my issues seem to be directly hardware related either graphics drivers, my TB dock(s), or at least graphics related that I doubt my use problems would be the same. Next time I get some downtime from customer projects, I will see if I can boot live neon to run for more than a quick weekend to be ready for work on monday.
