STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. installed plasma and plasma-wayland-session
2. logged in to the new desktop and opened `system settings` to check and
change configuration also opened `konsole`
3. executed journalctl -b -p 4 -e
OBSERVED RESULT
plasmashell and other plasma/kde application spamming journalctl
EXPECTED RESULT
work well without any warning or error message

no thing special have been done and these amount of logs is just for 2 minutes
