Salut Benoît, there were recently some optimizations in Kdenlive and MLT to
improve project loading, could you try using the latest appimage or latest
Kdenlive with MLT from master branch to test?
But your profiling effort seems very helpful to find other possible problems.
Hopefully someone from the team can give you some feedback if needed asap.
