The mentioned Bug where the screen gets covered by the "Select a Theme" dialog

When changing the Theme on Windows 11 while having 150% as the scaling factor
the window where you change the theme gets too big and the buttons to cancel or
apply the changes aren't reachable

1. Change the Scaling to 150% on Windows.

3.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Window gets drawn too big and you can't exit the window since the buttons
aren't reachable and get drawn somewhere under the taskbar

The buttons to change the Theme are reachable and let me exit the window with
either no changes made or changing a theme
