The problem is the two occurrences of this:
15.10.2023 17:13:55:192 kwin_x11 Could not get Interfaces. "Did not
receive a reply. Possible causes include: the remote application did not send a
reply, the message bus security policy blocked the reply, the reply timeout
expired, or the network connection was broken."
Each one times out after 30 seconds; put them both together and you get a 1
minute hang.
The real question is what's wrong with DBus on your machine. It's not a KDE
issue, so I would recommend following up with the Majoaro folks, perhaps on the
Manjaro forum.
