SUMMARY
Dolphin always reopens same locations on startup.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ensure that "show on startup" is set to some arbitrary directory
2. log in

OBSERVED RESULT
Dolphin is opened, with multiple tabs and windows, none of which are the
location specified in startup.
EXPECTED RESULT
dolphin is not opened. But even if it is, only a single window is opened. But
even if multiple windows are opened, only a single tab is opened in each one.
But even if multiple tabs are opened, they are opened to the location specified
in the startup box.
