The answer is I have no idea how Discover handles this as I never had this
situation (use CLI only, Fedora Kinoite people dont support anything but
Discover) XD
But with all the curl stuff I thought that was pretty important
just on Fedora Kinoite it is special that you need to reboot to apply the
update. I suppose Discover detects and notifies about that. If not, just wanted
to check if it does this for the rpm-ostree backend already AND notifies that
the user should reboot as soon as possible
