We delegate user creation to the accountservice library which has no option for
us to invoke to change the behavior even if we wanted to; you'll have to take
this up with its developers at
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/groups/accountsservice/-/issues. However I
suspect I can predict their answer, and that you'll be wasting your time. :)
