SUMMARY
Files deleted from the search view don't disappear from the search view.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run a search for a keyword or file extension
2. Delete a file from the search results
OBSERVED RESULT
The file doesn't disappear until you refresh the view (F5)
EXPECTED RESULT
Deleted files are automatically removed from the result view
