You want the screenshot rendered directly to SVG? Not raster graphics wrapped
in an SVG? Sorry, but that's literally impossible. There is no screenshot app
in the world that can do that. If there is one that allows saving screenshots
to an SVG, what it is actually doing is either wrapping raster graphics in an
SVG (no better than PNG) or using an algorithm to convert screen content to
vector graphics (highly error prone).
